Hawa has over 10 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in the HealthCare industry and is currently the CEO of Cherish Home Health Care. She has a passion to take care of and help the senior living community from early on in her career. She has direct patient care experience involving assessment, planning of care, implementing and evaluating patients, and collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, physical therapists and social workers.

Suad is a driven and passionate individual who has dedicated her career to improving the lives of families and communities. With her compassionate heart and exceptional skills, she has achieved success in various roles within the social services field. Her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on those in need is what sets her apart and makes her a valuable asset to the home health care industry.
Suad began her career as an advocate and family service worker for the Arlington County Head Start Program. In this role, she gained valuable experience in working with families and providing support to those in need. She then took on the role of an independent contractor, providing therapy and parent coaching services to participants and their caregivers in Loudoun County CPS.
Suad's dedication to her clients was evident in her ability to listen, communicate, and offer viable solutions.
It was during her personal experience caring for her grandmother with cancer and Alzheimer's that Suad realized the importance of compassion and empathy in caretaking. This inspired her to start Cherish Home Health Care, where she has used her passion and experience to create a vision for the company that prioritizes holistic wellbeing for those in need. As COO, Suad is committed to ensuring that Cherish Home Health Care provides the highest quality care and services to its clients. In her free time, Suad enjoys reading, traveling with her family, taking walks, listening to jazz, and watching movies. Her diverse interests and hobbies allow her to recharge and bring fresh perspectives to her role at Cherish Home Health Care.

She is a writer and graphic designer based in Fairfax, Virginia. An East Coast native, she’s lived in Southern Florida and Northern Virginia throughout her life and enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, or with her dogs. She writes and designs for different industries including healthcare, IT, and hospitality.
Andrea Busch is an admissions coordinator. She has BA in Sociology from George Mason University. Andrea’s hobbies include running, walks with her dog, watching movies, long bike rides, and any activities with her son. She lives in Loudoun county with her family.
Salem Jean-Eli is Office Manager Intern. Salem has a passion for health care and is planning to study Public Health Policy in college. She enjoys reading James Baldwin and Maya Angelou and listening to music. She lives in Falls Church with her family.
Maluisa Fajardo, RN
Maluisa Fajardo has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Adamson University. She currently practices as Registered Nurse at the Reston Surgery Center. Maluisa lives with her family in Ashburn, VA. She enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her family.
Lorelei O’Connor, RN
Lorelei has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mankato State University, Minnesota. Lorelei’s experience include Pre-op screening, post operation recovery, and discharge in post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). She enjoys going to the gym and walking her dog.
Kifaya Abubeker, Office Manager
Kifaya hobbies include traveling, swimming, movies, and spending time with her family. She is a multi-language speaker and speaks the following languages: Arabic, Amharic, Harari, Oromo and Somali.
