She has a passion to take care of and help the senior living community from early on in her career. She has direct patient care experience involving assessment, planning of care, implementing and evaluating patients, and collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, physical therapists and social workers.

An East Coast native, she’s lived in Southern Florida and Northern Virginia throughout her life and enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, or with her dogs. She writes and designs for different industries including healthcare, IT, and hospitality.

Andrea Busch is an admissions coordinator. She has BA in Sociology from George Mason University. Andrea’s hobbies include running, walks with her dog, watching movies, long bike rides, and any activities with her son. She lives in Loudoun county with her family.

Maluisa Fajardo has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Adamson University. She currently practices as Registered Nurse at the Reston Surgery Center. Maluisa lives with her family in Ashburn, VA. She enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her family.

Lorelei has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mankato State University, Minnesota. Lorelei’s experience include Pre-op screening, post operation recovery, and discharge in post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). She enjoys going to the gym and walking her dog.

Kifaya hobbies include traveling, swimming, movies, and spending time with her family. She is a multi-language speaker and speaks the following languages: Arabic, Amharic, Harari, Oromo and Somali.
